Sunday: A gusty west-northwest wind at 10-20 mph will bring slightly cooler air into the region this afternoon.  With mostly sunny skies, highs should still get into the low-to-mid 60s. The weather for Halloween will be quite nice for this time of year.  Highs will be around 70°, with temperatures falling through the 60s for the trick or treating hours.  Even warmer weather will come Tuesday.
