Tuesday:  Your Valentine's Day will be warmer with plenty of melting snow.  Partly cloudy skies and patchy fog will compound the icy roads for the first part of the day.  Highs will warm into the low 40s for the afternoon under mostly sunny skies.  Overnight temperatures will fall to around 29° with a light south breeze.  Expect some fog as you head out on Wednesday morning with highs in the middle 40s and periods of rain moving through the region.
